Cyril Bergé started his career in the Litigations Department of a financial company of Groupe Bouygues. In 1995, he joined Landwell (previously Price Waterhouse) as a law advisor in the financial institutions department.
He joined Bank Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New-York (today JPMorgan Chase & Co) in 1999 as private banker and was promoted Vice President in 2000; then, in 2006, he joined UBS and was promoted in 2009 Managing Director in charge of the ultra-high net worth segment serving the top tier clients and the most important French Family Offices. At the end of 2011, Cyril left UBS to start Clay Asset Management.
Cyril is the Chairman and CEO of Clay Asset Management. He is responsible within the meaning of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (French Financial Markets Authority). He leads the Wealth and Asset Management business, the business development and clients’ relationships.
Cyril holds a Law Degree and a Master in Bank and Finance from University Paris V.
