Cyril Bergé started his career in the Litigations Department of a financial company of Groupe Bouygues.  In 1995, he joined Landwell (previously Price Waterhouse) as a law advisor in the financial institutions department.

He joined Bank Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New-York (today JPMorgan Chase & Co) in 1999 as private banker and was promoted Vice President in 2000; then, in 2006, he joined UBS and was promoted in 2009 Managing Director in charge of the ultra-high net worth segment serving the top tier clients and the most important French Family Offices. At the end of 2011, Cyril left UBS to start Clay Asset Management.

Cyril is the Chairman and CEO of Clay Asset Management. He is responsible within the meaning of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (French Financial Markets Authority). He leads the Wealth and Asset Management business, the business development and clients’ relationships.

Cyril holds a Law Degree and a Master in Bank and Finance from University Paris V.

Cyril débute sa carrière dans une société financière du groupe Bouygues au sein du département contentieux. Il rejoint en 1995 le cabinet d’avocats Price Waterhouse Juridique et Fiscal (devenu PwC Société d’Avocats) en tant que conseil juridique au sein des équipes en charge des institutions financières.

Il intègre la banque Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New-York (devenue JPMorgan Chase & Co) en 1999 à Paris en tant que banquier privé. En 2000, il est promu Vice President. En 2006, il rejoint UBS et en 2009 il est nommé Managing Director en charge du segment qui couvre la clientèle la plus fortunée de la banque et les principaux family offices français.

Fin 2011, il quitte UBS pour fonder Clay Asset Management. Cyril Bergé est Président et dirigeant responsable au sens de l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers. Cyril est responsable de la Gestion, du développement et du suivi de la clientèle.

Cyril est titulaire d’une Maîtrise de Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité et d’un DESS de Banques et Finances (Université Paris V).
